Well let me start off by saying I will never take my car to this company ever again. I was advised to take my vehicle there for a Diagnostic check to see why my car was mis firing. My appointment was 5/9/2010. I dropped my car off promptly at 8:30am, 30 mins before my 9:00am appointment. Needless to say my car was never touch that day, when I called to check on the car around 3pm, Cindy who I guess is the receptionist advised the mechanic was too busy to look at the car that day even tho I had an appointment. I said ok. So the next day I called around 10:00am to check on the car again Cindy advised the mechanic is looking at the car the now and she will call me back. She called me back around 12:30 and told me they checked the car out and it was fine and that I can come pick it up. I told her I disagree there is something wrong with the car. I arrived at there office to pick my car up, I ask her for a print out of what was checked, she said they didnt have a print out, I asked her if the mechanic can write down the things he checked out on the car she said he couldnt. I asked once again for something in writing to show what they checked out on the car. She couldnt produce anything. Cindy finally admitted they don't even have a Diagnostic machine/equiment. I asked what was done to my car. She said the mechanic just test drove the car and made the determination that nothing was wrong. \r

I then took my car to another auto repair shop for a REAL Diagnostic check. Come to found out , there were several things wrong with the car, o2 sensors, mask air flow sensor were all bad, the coolant system had to be cleaned and the thermometer had to be replaced. I had the work done by professionals and my car is ok\r

To sum it all up, they kept my car for 2 days for nothing, they didnt even have the proper equiment. I will never recommend or take my car to this ripp off shop again. Peace !! \r
