recently took my vehicle to this place instead of the dealer(big mistake)over priced job to my wife(even more than what the dealer,with a certified mechanic would have charged) i believe that they took advantage of my wife because she has limited knowledge on this type of work! i called them 10 minutes after my wife gave the ok and they told me it was to late to change my mind! (i found the part that XPRESS LUBE told me was 300 for 178 from a nissan dealership factory issue)i spoke to the manager at X PRESS lube about the issue and he told me to get lost!(really! get lost) i have never had such a bad experience than this one! they basically told me that they riped me off and there was nothing i could do about it! consumers please stay away from this place! my wife and i are just glad this bad experience is behind us! we thought we could trust these guys,but know better now!! Pros: CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST I HAVE EVER HAD
