The review from kandkwilliams seems extreme.....
I have been taking my dog to Fido's for over 4 years and she just loves it! I have a small bichon-poodle mix who did not have a lot of dog social skills so we were looking for a safe and caring place to take her where she could spend time around other dogs. She loves to go and now gets excited about seeing other dogs instead of the cowering and hiding she did before attending Fido's. She gets so excited when she knows we are going to Fido's and she loves Janice! I have had nothing but positive interactions with Janice and recommend her to everybody who will listen. She provides a variety of services including a groomer who comes in regularly. Check her out!
