Review content:
The owner's only priorty seems to be bringing the customers in the door. Initial inquiry over phone, the owner gave me an impression that a tinting job can be done within a reasonable time. So it could my fault thinking that a reasonable time means 4 hrs or less. I had waited for 2 hours in the shop and my car was just sitting in the parking lot. While I was waiting I made several inquiries, I was always told that I will be taken care of as soon as possible. In my last inquiry (at the 2 hr mark) the owner told me there is still one car ahead of me. I left since I might have to wait 4 more hours. The best part: I got to catch an episode of ""Jerry Springer"" and ""Judge Mantis"".
