Review content:
This company is terrible. After they came out to look at our malfunctioning LCD, they waited an entire week before they ordered the part. Every time they said they'd call us with updates on the part they didn't. We had to call every time and a new arrival date for the part was given. When they would actually answer the phone, which wasn't much, it was a new person who knew less than the last person. Every time we called they acted so annoyed. Our reward for being polite and patient was to be hung up on by them.
