If you want honest, knowledgeable, experienced car maintenance and repair we highly recommend Highland Park Automotive which is family owned and operated by Duane Beers, a master mechanic with 30 plus years of experience. Be sure to look at his website for more information www.highlandparkrepair Excellent customer service is hard to find, but we guarantee you will be well cared for at Highland Park Automotive.
Duane explains the maintenance and repair issues and related costs so his customers can understand the work and make the best choices. Our 10 year old Subaru Outback is still going strong with 220,000 miles on it. We needed emissions work and an inspection to identify any potential problems. We are very satisfied with the emissions and steering repairs, and the engine tune up has our car purring like a kitten.
Duane takes pride in his work and is honest and interested in being sure his customers are satisfied and well informed. His shop is clean and his staff is friendly, knowledgeable and interested in providing good service. He provided transportation so I could get my car after it was repaired and he even had the car run through a car wash after repairs were completed. We could not be more pleased. Bing & Carol N.
