Review content:
I lived there for a year. The apartments are spacious for the price. However, I had very DISRESPECTFUL neighbors. I complained that they were consistently waking me up. Vaccuming around midnight (they lived above me). Hammering until 2 am and always dropping something on the floor. Television loud. And yes... the moaning and screaming sounds of sex! This went on for 4 months. Jennifer and Karen did not do anything about it...but advised me to move. So I did! But that's not the best part. I was asked to move out earlier than planned so the new renter can take possession of the apartment. \r

The grounds are not maintained. There was dog s@#t in the breezeway and on the sidewalk. Very little parking. Most nights I had to park at the clubhouse and walk to my building. \r
