What an awful experience. They really deserve ZERO stars but it does not let you give ZERO. I hired this service to take my Mother to the airport since it was an early flight and we had to leave my house by 3:15am. I wish I would have been able to take her myself but I had to be at work. Now my house is in Snohomish and not that hard to find. He called me at 3:05am for a 3:15am pickup asking for directions from Everett. Now it is more then a 10 minute drive. Called me 7 times continually lost. I gave him clear directions each time, but he could not get it right. Finally at 3:40 am nearly 30 minutes after he was supposed to be there my husband gets on the phone with him and tells him to meet him somewhere. So now my husband has to get in his car and take my mother to meet the driver because he could not figure it out. REALLY!! That should not have happened.
