I have to disagree with the other reviewers. I had a great experience getting my wedding dress as well as my bridemaids dresses from L'Elite. Helen from bridal and Cynthia from bridesmaids were super nice, completely attentive, and very helpful. I had made several appointments and rescheduled them but when I finally did make it in, Helen was still very kind and made me feel like the only bride in the room. After Helen helped me find my Badgley Mischka dress of my dreams, my BMs and I just popped downstairs to take a look at the bridesmaids dresses. Although it was a Saturday and we didn't have an appointment, Cynthia allowed my BMs to try on a few dresses because someone happened to be running a little late for her appointment. We ended up getting the dresses that day. It was so easy and uncomplicated at L'Elite - I would highly recommend them.
