Brides - save yourself the stress of going here! The dresses may be beautiful, but the alterations department is super disorganized. The head of the alterations department tried to rationalize their sloppy mistakes by blaming it on the dress designer. Apparently my over 1,000 dollar gown was made by a designer that makes ""imitation"" gowns and that is why the fabric did not hang correctly. I don't think so! The leftover material that I had asked them to save (I wanted to use them for the flowers and flower girl) was put into another bride's dress bag. Fortunately they were able to relocate it, but, oh my goodness. And as the other review mentioned, the sales person was very condescending and critical of the other staff members in front of me. So, find another dress place an save yourself from unnecessary grief.
