Prompted by the other reviews on this site, I went to Piel Skin Care a few weeks ago for an amazing Brazilian bikini wax from Elena. Elena was professional, calm, thorough, pleasant, and very skilled at waxing! I had been used to pretty painful from waxes at other salons, so I was really overjoyed that the Brazilian from Elena was so comfortable (and I'm a newbie to Brazilians) and honestly not much worse than getting an eyebrow wax at another place. The hard wax she uses is really great, and she's efficient and clearly experienced at minimizing discomfort for her clients. You get 20% off your first visit, and I really believe that it's worth any extra penny for the waxing experience at Piel. Elena was also very flexible with scheduling my appointment and accomodating when I was a few minutes late. (There's a free parking lot right across the street, and you will need it in that area.) I also loved the robe and mint/orange water in the waiting area. Highly recommend!
