I've been taking lessons with Derek of Guitar Decatur for the past few months. While I'd had a guitar for a while, I was one of those people who pulled it out and fiddled around with it every few months. I finally decided to take the plunge and take some lessons, and I'm very glad I did.
Derek's a great teacher, great guitar player, and a very cool guy. He's happy to help you focus on what you want to learn at your pace. In addition, the studio is a great little place - very well kept up, a nice, relaxing atmosphere, and 3 nice studios.
