I can not believe this company has 5 star rating on city search. I had the worst experience with them. I was referred to this warranty company through Best Buy. I purchased a Plasma TV and bought extended warranty on it and a year after buying the TV I was having problems with it. I called to schedule servicing and was given a day and approximate time a technician would show up. I stayed home from work and waited and waited and waited some more. No one showed up! I called and was told that they would reschedule me. My rescheduled day was two weeks later! I could not believe this. Finally the tech came and said that they needed to replace a part and it needed to be ordered. I paid 250$ for a new part. Long story short, they supposedly replaced the damaged part, but about a month later I was having the same issue. This time I took it to Geek Squad and they say the so called ""replaced"" part and told me it was the wrong part for the TV I had. They finally fixed my TV and I have not had problems since. I called So Cal to get a refund on the 250$ they charged me, but was never able to get in touch with supervisors. I was told they would call back and they never did. That went on for about 2 months and I gave up on it. If you are reading this review, please also see yelp reviews. They have 1.5 stars on yelp. I wish I had seen the reviews on yelp before. I will also be contacting Best Buy to notify them of how these people are ripping off customers. Please be advised of this and dont take their word for anything. Get a second opinion!
