jeanne is one of my groomers at the harvey petsmart. when i got my dog groom my her i thought it was awesome . I have been back sense .. one of the other groomers did my shihtzu and it was more awesome than jeanne did my dog before . I notice the more professional cut they have gave her . all this time i thought my dog was getting that with jeanne . thank you petsmart for having the professional groomers on staff that wants to do there job right than the ones that want to make your dog like crap
