I called this store in DRAPER (191 E 12300 S, Draper, UT ) to see if they had an Iphone5 left and they told me they had 1 left. I had Tmobile at that time so I decided to switch, get the unlimited plan and get the Iphone5. I had no idea this was a private store for SPRINT. After doing everything and signing the contract, I was told that I needed to buy 2 accessories or the system would not let them sell me the IPHONE 5...I was like...you are kidding me right? each accessory was $20 and they stated that it was required on all sprint stores (whatever). The Iphone box I received was OPEN...no idea why and a bit suspicious but I still went ahead with it. I was not given any discount or information on how to get discounts for my new account (Student/credit union) they just wanted to sell accessories and get their commission. I was told I had 14 days to return everything it I wasn't happy with the service. I wasn't happy with the service or costumer service from them. Calls would drop and interferance was always present on calls I've made. I decided to go to another sprint store(not private) to get help. I was told it could be either the signal or the phone...so they did some tests on the phone and it DID NOT pass. This store located in State Street near fashion place mall, was soooo helpful and they even ordered me a brand new Iphone and since then I do not have any issues with calls and the internet is super fast. They opened the new phone and did everything right in front of me. These private stores and their horrible customer service affects the image of SPRINT. never ever going to this store again!!
