PIECE OF CRAP JEWELRY!!! I have wore my engagement ring for less then 9 months and it broke 4 TIMES!!!. The diamonds keep falling off. THIS LAST TIME I HAD 2 DIAMONDS FALL OFF. One of the diamonds they replaced turned yellow. When I went to ask why the diamond turned yellow the manager with attitude told me ""diamonds don't change colors""... really? because it was white last week when I got it, Does that mean is not a diamond?. Yes, I got it cleaned and now is light brown. They wont returned my money and they are offering only 50% of store credit if I give them the ring back. WHAT?! FOR A RING THAT YOU SOLD TO MY FIANCE AND KEEPS BREAKING. The ring has warranty but it will expire in 2 years and they said that after I can take it any place I want to get it fixed paying out of MY pocket. The\r jewelry department's manager is unbelievably rude. The store manager was lots nicer but he kept telling me ""I am going far and beyond by giving you store credit"" Really? so I can change it for an ugly ring that I don't like. He told me I could have returned it if I hadn't worn it. HAHAHAHAHA Yes. DO NOT WEAR THEIR JEWELRY IN CASE IT BREAKS BECAUSE THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT, I guess I should have kept the ring in the box :). I explain how I don't want anything form their store 1) because they sold us a broken ring (the first time a diamond fell off was 3 weeks after I got engaged, the second time I had to take it back the next day cause it had lost yet another stone) 2) because as soon as the warranty is over they will not do anything about it. Well the first time it took them 8 weeks to fix my ring. Oh and very important. My ring is not oval anymore, They have ""fixed"" the ring so many times and tried to tighten the diamond that is losing its form.
