Review content:
These people are thieves. They not only stole over one thousand dollars from us but they also were very unprofessional. Our hot water ran out over the winter and it took them over a week to fix it after ignoring our calls for days. It is extremely difficult to read their spread sheet and they changed our s a few times. When we wanted to finish paying them for the money they stole we had to stand outside of their office for 20 minutes ringing the doorbell in the snow when they were clearly home. Wendy is always on vacation so if you ever need something fixed good luck getting it fixed that week. They take advantage of poor college students and are very shady people. The two houses I lived in of theirs were falling apart and just not worth dealing with horrible unfair landlords. If you sign a lease with them please be careful and make sure you always know how much money you are getting charged because they turn one late fee into hundreds of dollars, and they will not work with you to take it off. Please know that if you sign their lese you are paying for Wendy
