This company does not know anything about customer service. I'm in the process of remodeling 2 bathrooms and purchased my first set of tile here. First off it is extremely hard to get a hold of them by phone and then you're lucky if they return your call. Some of the tiles came chip and unusable. I told the manger about this and all she could say ""no impossible I don't believe you"". They refused to look at the cracked tile or even offer some type of refund. This place obviously does not want return business. I will NOT be using this store again for the next bathroom remodel. BUYER BEWARE- THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY AND ONCE THEY HAVE IT THEY DO NOT OFFER ANY GUARANTEE OR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTERWARDS.
