Review content:
I came to this place to have my car modded. Of course, the first few days it will seem great. But after a while the poor quality of the product began to reveal. For the price we paid out, the job was done poorly. So, I am assuming I paid for the pretty little box it came in. When we took the car back in to be checked out, not even two months later, we were told they cannot assist us. The amount of excuses was infinite and none of their stories matched. Not sure if its because they are just lazy, want more money out of a customer, or just dont know how to fix it. The owner and the employees claim they have been in the business for quite a while. I am surprised they are still up and running. The unprofessionalism, unwillingness and the poor result of what is considered a simple task at any other reputable auto shop proves to me that I should have gone with my gut and done a bit more research on where to go to for business. They are willing to help you get your money out of your wallet. But apparently they are also quick to help you hear the dial tone or show you to the door when it comes to customer service after you present them with an issue. I get better service at BK. Go somewhere else. Please.
