I drove today 2 and a half hours to do the tour presented by this company and upon arrival I was informed that I was not going to be able to do the tour. After calling the sales person Jason Weaver to find out why he would send me all the way to Orlando to do this tour if I did not meet the requirements set by the Vacation Village resort, in mid conversation (I was being perfectly calm not at all rude to the man) he hung up on me. I called him back trying to get a hold of someone else at the company that I could speak with about the situation ( after numerous times) he finally answered the line Dominoes Pizza!!! I still have not been able to get a hold of him or anyone else at this place of business. On top of the way I was treated by them, the managers at the Vacation Village were completely rude and were yelling at another older man who was sent there like me under false pretenses. Stay clear of these 2 business's if you value your time and dignity because the obviously do not care!
