I stopped in to look at a few cars here for my sister. I ended up having a very long and friendly conversation with the co-owner, but more importantly, he was very honest about why certain cars were priced lower (IE: they had replaced the clutch in one of them). He seemed to know his stuff about what models are better as well.
Most of the other car lots I went to tried to talk me into purchasing vehicles that I knew had a bad reputation for reliability. I didn't want to see her purchase a car that is already used and doesn't have a good reputation on top of it.
Van Pelt was very informative, and willing to admit if a car may not be a good purchase for various reasons.
