We've had to rent out our house in Jacksonville since 2010 and started with a different one-man company (Navy to Navy Homes) and were displeased with this one-man operations ability to handle our concerns in a timely manner.
We switched to Real Estate Soluations 8 months ago, and have been extremely please ever since! Our tenants recently moved out, so there has been a lot that needed to be done in the past few weeks and RES has been fantastic about taking swift action, keeping us informed about everything and updating the online portal that allows you to see repairs, progress and payments whenever you want!
I don't know if the other reviewer from Jan 2009 was talking about the same company that I am currently, but it is definitely not a one man operation now. They have their own office space and have at least a handful of people working for them.
Highly recommend this property management company!
