I had a very bad experiance with these Agency guys.
when we call to the number listed a lady named Sunita will pick up.
She is very very rude.
I called her twice to make reservations n couldn't finalize them as my travel date was changed.
When I called her for third time, I said my date was confirmed n please provide me the best fare.She gave me fare around 1460, But I got fare of 1360 from another airlines.
After that I got a follow up call from her n I told her the same that I got a better deal from another airlines.
Thats it, she got mad , shouting loud, yelling at me, YOU ARE LIAR, LIAR... NO BODY CAN ISSUE TICKET FOR THAT FARE,... BLA BLA BLA
I was shocked at her pitch n the way she speaks n asked to lower the voice.
She didn't do.. but continued yelling at me.
Who the hell is she to yell at me.
These guys don't know how to respond to customers,
NEVER EVER CALL THEM
