Review content:
I worked at this location and it is horrible! The people working there are very fake, and the children are treated horribly. Emily in the older toddler room is the worst. She is very fake with parents there, but nothing but screaming when they are gone. I did not see her ever hurt a child, but she was very rough with them. There are teachers there that the director made fake transcripts for- they never went to school at all. Legally, should never be left alone with the kids, but are always alone with them. I was an aid - going to school, but just started. To be left alone, you need to be at least an assistant teacher according to MN laws, aid's should NEVER be alone, but they took the teacher out of my room and left me alone for 4 of the 5 months I worked there! I saw many things happen at this location, which is why I couldn't stand to stay for more than 5 months. I have talked to people who worked at other locations, and I beleive all New Horizons are the same. Children's World is also bad, I have friends who have worked there. You are better off sticking with a smaller daycare, than a chain daycare that is run by a corporation. All most of them care about is making money- not the kids. (My son attends Ebenezer Ridges Child Care, and I love it- highly reccommend that one). Good luck in the search for a child care center- I hope you take this review seriously.
Cons: bad teachers, broken laws, poor treatment of children
