Review content:
I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give 0. We recently moved from Tucson where the electric utility is a subsidiary of Unisource. When I attempted to change our address with them, I was put in a ""call-back"" queue that was to last 1 to 2 hours. I was supposed to sit around and wait for their call-back. Normal people have no time for such BS. With the rates they charge, they should be able to answer every call with a human. Now that I'm in Prescott, and we received one of those threatening bills saying we haven't paid our bill. In fact, we paid by phone and have a confirmation # and a bank statement that shows the payment. But TEP/Unisource doesn't have our new number, so we can't play the ""wait for a call-back"" game. What a bunch of jerks! I plan to file complaints with the corporation and utilities commission. I urge all other victim of these fools to do likewise. Considering all the unjustified credit damage TEP/Unisource has likely caused to clients', they should be shut down.
