Review content:
In 2007 we purchased the tile for our new house here. After a recent fire, we returned to see if re-ordering replacement tile was possible or if they could help us design a similar or better layout. Not only were they unwilling to pull the original order(records not yet computerized in 2011?), but they were completely uninterested in helping us redesign. The Operations Manager, Camillo Di Lallo, went so far as to call our contractor and say we were being obnoxious, and had highly offended him. All we wanted was to be able to rebuild, but they wanted no part of it. Found much nicer service and better tile at Renaissance Tile, Horhsam, PA, and Tile Gallery, Bensalem, PA.
