I think Lisa is confused about the ownership change; all the complaints she listed are before the new owner took over. Products are much cheaper compared to petsmart and other pet stores. Plus they're making a lot of cool changes that make me want to keep coming back! There USE to be a horrible odor but that's does not exsist anymore. I found a lot of cool new things, stock looks fuller compared to the empty shelves before. Stop by and check it out! -Gwen
