There must have been some kind of misunderstanding with the previous reviewer. I have had nothing but excellent service from the women who work at the Bryn Mawr Knit Wit-- even coming from the gym, sweaty and not put-together. They greet everyone with a smile, ask if you need help, but let you browse solo if you prefer to do so. Most recently, I was looking for jeans and I was honest about my limited budget, so they happily directed me to a lower-priced brand ...and spent time with me while I couldn't make up my mind about which pair to get (because I couldn't afford both). \r

In a nutshell, this place is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because some of the items are way out of my price range. \r
