Dry clean at your own risk.Green valley dry cleaners ruined a worn once silk dress by over processing and not warning me that this could result in the color changing. Common practice is to test the fabric before it is processed. When the dress returned after 3 seperate cleanings worse than when it was brought into the cleaners, they blamed the wearer for coming into contact with an alkaline? Toothpaste, laundry detergent, face soap, where do these people attend weddings? They refused to refund the cost of the dress and the dry cleaning fee, both for which I have receipts. They did however offer me $100 of free dry cleaning and a return trip on the Titanic!
Cons: Poor customer service, poor quality results
