Review content:
I had a disappointing pedicure at Red Door a few weeks ago. I had a ""Spa Week"" special on a pedicure, and I am not sure if I was not given the full service since I had a special rate, but there was NO massage (even the cheapo places give a massage) and nothing special to recommend the service. There was also a special event going on at the spa that afternoon/evening, so it was loud and busy and really not relaxing. The pedicure was fine (polish applied well, etc...) but not what I would expect for the list price, not even what I would expect for the $50 special. Since there were no ""spa extras"" (not even a locker in which to put my shopping bags much less a robe!), there was nothing provided that in my mind supported the cost. I could have gone to my local nail spa and paid $30 for a deluxe pedicure with more ups and extras in a more relaxing environment. Truly a disappointment.
