Review content:
I stopped by here on Monday, April 17th hoping to get my work shirts dry cleaned plus pressed. The guy was like, ""Are you a new customer?"" I replied, ""Yes."" The guy was like, ""Your shirts will be ready on Sunday."" I was like, ""Whoa? Can I pick them up later today instead?"" The guy was like, ""No."" I was like, ""Well, what about tomorrow?"" The guy was like, ""No."" I've been to a different dry cleaners in a different city, which I was able to pick up my dry cleaning shirts couple hours later, but I never heard about taking a week to process my shirts before. I grabbed my shirts and simply walked out the door. I went to a different dry cleaners here in Sunnyvale, CA, which I was able to pick up my shirts in less than 3 hrs. I didn't have to wait until end of the week to pick up my shirts. So ridiculous!! So what? If I was a returning customer then I could have picked up my shirts sooner? This isn't an Urgent Care or a Hospital. It's Park Cleaners Shoe Repair for crying out loud.
Pros: You have to be a long time customer
Cons: If you're a new customer it takes time to process your clothing materials like an out patient at a hospital.
