Review content:
It's true that they have good stylists and great technicians, and the studio itself is cool. And their prices reflect that. But, the people answering the phones and taking appointments -- and your credit card number -- are flippant and disrespectful. Even the stylists can be snotty sometimes. I believe a great salon experience starts from the time you book your appointment, to the time you walk through the front door, to the time you leave. For most people, going to an expensive salon or spa is about treating yourself to a feel-good experience -- it is about leaving feel really, really great. There are so many great salons out there that offer this. Who needs to be made to feel small after spending hundreds of dollars?
Pros: good stylists, good technicians, nice studio
Cons: flippant attitude, expensive, disrespectful
