I went to Bill years ago, and got swindled into trusting them to ""save me some money"" by getting a bundle of policies through them. Two nightmare insurance claims later, I consulted with a lawyer. I gave him my B&B policies and also my older policies that I had before trusting Bill and Bridget. He told me that Erie(a major insurer that B&B does most of their work through) was notorious for not giving a great value on their policies, and the way B&B saved me money was by dramatically reducing my coverage. Which, during the second insurance nightmare, set me back $40,000 that would have been otherwise covered on my pre-B&B policies. They make you feel great walking out of the office, perhaps even leave you thinking you saved some money. The real test is how things turn when you need the insurance, and B&B really let me down.
