Review content:
We contracted with them to make plans to aquire permits to remodel an existing home based on their range price of $ 550,000 to $ 625,000. After several months of little or no communication from them, we received plans and a bid that was more than $ 200,000 higher than their range price.
They took my $ 16,000 then would not respond to letters.
Ultimately we scrapped the remodel and removed the old home and built new with a different builder.
We had Zero problems with the new builder. It was not us.
Bottom line is buyer beware.
