Review content:
when my 11 yr. old dog, Freddi, suddenly developed a debilitating front leg limp, I called my vet immediately. Lucky for me he was out of town for 4 days and had no other vet covering for him. I say 'lucky' because I turned to YELP for a recommendation and found Dr. Raj Salawan at Companion Animal Hospital. I read his bio on their web site and was very impressed.. I knew from the exam that I had found a great vet. He pointed out things about my dog that I hadn't noticed before and was grateful to know. The x-rays showed nothing significant, but just to be sure he forwarded them to an x-ray specialist (at no extra charge) to confirm. Medication has made Freddi 90% better. We went back a week later for a followup appt. The first exam is free (the hospital is under new ownership since last year) and the recheck was very inexpensive. I've recommended Dr. Raj to all my canine owning friends.
