March 23, 2011 I called Portland Florist Shop from Prescott, AZ to order a bouquet to send to a family member in Portland, OR. I spoke with Sara. She took the required info, but strangely, as I look back, did not confirm what she had written down. Needless-to-say, she had the address wrong, as well as our names (the sendors) names incorrect.
Thankfully, the delivery person was really on their toes and recognized the address as incorrect, made the correction and delivered the bouquet in a timely manner. However, our son and DIL had to use their imaginations to figure out who the flowers came from.
My recommendation would be that if you use this florist, be sure to confirm all info before completing your order.
