A POSITIVE experience is the only way I can describe what I have had at the Key Laser Institute. Dr. Key is very thorough when discussing the procedure options and the potential complications from each one. He has a genuine interest in finding the best procedure and I never felt pressured to choose one over the other. There are follow-up appointments to check on recovery. The employees couldn't be more friendly and warm, yet professional and knowledgeable. The most important factor in my experience, however, was the final result. My desire to have a fresher look as I turned 55 has been fulfilled. I have been to other aesthetic medicine offices, but have never been as happy as with the Key Laser Institute.
