Review content:
Very horrible experience with this place as well. Like others who have posted, Key did not communicate with his staff my history nor was he clear about what I needed to have done and what my special needs were. And even though I told the tech not once, but twice, what those areas were, they did whatever the hell they felt like doing anyway. On top of this, they damaged my skin very badly as well. If you need some work done, and you're reading this, please look somewhere else. He charges alot of $$, but the service and skill is most definitely not there. Most places (in fact probably all except this one) put in the chart (at the very least!) what the client is there to have done and what areas to focus on, so that if there is little to no communication before the treatment, the tech can refer to the chart. Not the Key Laser Institute. He'll try to push all these procedures on you during your consult, but forget to note to his staff why you are coming in to have the treatments you do decide to have. The results have been disastrous for me. If you have money and sense, for the love of God, please stay away from this horrendous, unprofessional and derelict establishment. I'll admit, their receptionist conducts herself in a very professional way, but some of the techs (and you may be unlucky enough as I was to get the wrong one), have no freakin' idea what they're doing, or even worse, just don't seem to give a damn. - Hope I Can Warn Others
