I just used Super Mover today (November 2010). Not very many reviews out there for them, one good and one not. I had a pleasant experience with them. They work hard, and busted tail to get the job done. They were on time as well and moved me down three flights of stairs and into a place that was up one. Price per hour is one of the best in town for 2 movers and a truck. Someone mentioned the truck was under-sized for being a 26 foot. It was not undersized (high ceiling), believe me... I've worked in delivery. I would recommend Super Movers for any local small to mid-sized move. Would use again. Thanks for saving me from the stress of moving! And don't forget to tip these guys, for what you pay you should have a few bucks leftover. :)
