I suppose that Climate Control is fairly typical in the furnace repair business, They came quickly enough when our furnace broke, and told us that it had to be replaced. Then they offered us a list of new furnaces which they could install. The inspection and analysis cost a little less than $100. \r

But a second furnace guy we asked for a second opinion said it could be repaired, and did so in an hour or so. And charged us less! \r

I don't know that Climate Control did anything wrong; they just seemed to come to the expensive conclusion faster than the other guy, and charged us for their opinion.
Pros: Came quickly.
Cons: Seemed quick to conclude we needed to buy a new furnace.
