Very disorganized, I made a reservation for one way to San Jose airport, everything was going fine, the lady who drove the shuttle proceded to ask me to fill out my return flight information, I told her that I will not be needing their services as I have a ride on my return, she asked me to fill out the info anyways just in case I changed my mind they will have it already. well I decided to extend my vacation. they blew up my phone the day I was suppose to return with calls wondering where I was and that the driver is waiting to pick me up, I told them I did not make a return reservation, they insisted I did by filling out the paper with my information. I informed that I had not and that the women who drove me insisted I fill it out in case I needed a shuttle. They preceded to tell me that the driver waited three hours for me which I do not believe and wanted to charge me, I told them they should have confirmed the reservation and that I refuse to pay for their mix up. I will never use this shuttle again
