Everything about our experience was top-notch! When I spoke with Helen on the phone for the quote and to set the appointment, she was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The quote was easily a $100 less than the quote I got from a well-known competitor. (Even better, the final cost came out to be a bit less than the original quote.) \r

The tech who cleaned our carpets, Billy, was wonderful too! He was on time and got right to work. \r

Our carpets really needed a cleaning and they look better now after the cleaning than they did when we moved in 7 years ago. We will definitely be using them again (and recommending them to all of our friends)!!!
