I agree that the customer service while you are waiting and during your treatment is very nice and should be expected at a salon like Pure. However, I went in for a bikini wax and it was handled very unprofessionally. It must have been a bad day for her, but the lady let the wax get cold and dried out on my skin! She then spent the next 30 min trying to remove it, along with the hair that was caught underneath! Would have been very scary if I were my first experience. I've also had better waxes at much cheaper places. Don't know if she'll get better, but I will not return for more waxes!
