I as well had a horrible experience not once but twice. I brought my son here because yes it is kid friendly and with my son being autistic i needed a kid friendly area. The Receptionist is very ungroomed, has a very trashy apperance, looks like shes high passing out behind the counter half the time. Due to the time restrants we were not able to make an appointment with the regular person that does my sons hair. Lets just say this experience lead to my last time coming there after being a regular. My son was having one of them days..and the hair stylists digging the clippers into my sons head wasnt helping. He was very unhappy. Well after it took 30 minutes to complete his cut i arrive at the register and the ungroomed greasy haired receptionist said oh were charging you an extra 5 dollars because your son was hard to handle. How rude is that? They basically said well because your son is autistic and wasnt calm the whole time we are charging your 20 dollars for a trim..mind you my sons hair was allready very short..just needed a touch up..Then the owner later called to apoligize but got very nasty with me on the phone..I dont think they should be able to run a company and discriminate against a child because of there health problems. I hope all you mothers out there with special needs children read this and pass this on to your friends..I will never never never bring my son back there even if its the last place on earth to get my sons hair cut!! Horrible ppl!! And to top it off the lady cutting my sons hair was taking personal cell phone calls the whole time, which later the owner said she was calling her to ask what to do with my son...they handled this very wrong...im so embarrassed to have this company in my community!
I dont want to leave any stars but because i have to leave one just to post this i am forced to give them the one star they dont deserve.
