Review content:
The office staff was OK overall and did an average job. The bad part came when we saw the doctor. He was inattentive and seemed to have his mind elsewhere. Usually a doctor will shake your hand or at least look you in the eye, he didn't. It was a very cold meeting and I felt like cattle. Just pushing me though to get onto the next patience. He sent us for a x-ray and when we returned it took him another 20 minutes to return. When he returned he looked at the film and said nothing. Gave a prescription to see a PT and said that nothing could be done. \r
On a side note I saw a different doctor today in New Haven and the difference was night and day. Very professional and knew what was wrong within ten minutes of being there. Again night and day between the two.
Pros: Office staff was OK and did an average job
Cons: The doctor had zero bedside manners and seem to have his head elsewhere.
