My experience with this daycare was terrible! The staff turn over is ridiculous. The staff is inexperienced and uneducated. The owner is confrontations, will report that she wants to hear concerns, but never takes complaints or concerns seriously. She doesnt follow through with her own rules. Has her daughter who is only 13 years old watch 20 plus children outside during the summer, only gives small portions of food to the children (this is also a concern even reported by her staff), and seems to always be worried about how much money she is making instead of the kids within her care. The staff have all reported that they dislike the owner due to the lack of respect towards staff, jealousy issues with staff, and the ways that she talks about other parents. The small amount of time that my child spent there was so overwhelming to my child due to lack of structure, poor interaction between the owner and the staff, overwhelming and demanding classroom settings, and lack of educational support. Please, don't take the owners fake smile and lies upfront. If you really are looking some place to send your child (the others in this town are just as bad) then find an inhome child provider or go to a nearby town. It is in your child's best interest as well as your piece of mind.
