Review content:
My family ate here after church. My wife ordered a grilled chicken dish. When she cut into it, it was uncooked and watery on the inside. The waitress reordered her dish. When it finally came back, I had already finished my Chicken Salad, she cut into it again. It was reddish pink in the very middle even though it looked done on the outside. I wonder if they were cooking a breast filet that was frozen on the inside. \r

The manager offered to take the item off our bill. Thanks, it's not like we would have wanted to pay for it anyway. She offered to order other items, but after the long delay, my wife chose to cut her losses.\r

The waitress acted sullen and ticked off that we had encountered this negative experience like it was OUR fault. She gave me the check and picked it up again with a sour look on her face and nary another word despite my attempt to be pleasant. I gave her a tip of 18% but she did not really deserve it.\r

My recommendation is to avoid Carino's and choose Bravo's or Romano's Macaroni Grill for quality, consistent Italian franchise food in Cincinnati.
Pros: Decent tasting salad
Cons: Undercooked chicken, moody server
