I don't even WANT to give Seasons Gardens one star. They're horrible. I have been trying to get someone out to my house to draw up a plan for a hardscape for my backyard and I told them I would USE THEM (my husband and I are not do-it-yourselfers) TO BUILD A FIREPLACE AND A NEW PATIO and possibly an outdoor kitchen and no one will get back to me. This designer person (Jennifer) will call or text and apologize for not getting back to me and then I would be excited and tell her to come to my house Saturday morning and she'd flipping drop off the face of the earth. I know someone who knows the owner (Mike) and my friend says he's as big of a flake as his employees! I don't know what it would be like to not need business and to treat people this shabbily. I was in their place about a month ago with a friend and I noticed they had terrazo and I asked if I could put that both INSIDE (kitchen, laundry room, bathroom and possibly screened in porch) and outside my house (large patio area) and the lady behind the counter told me I could and she said ""I will make a note of that in your record, so they'll know it's a big project and they'll REALLY make sure to contact you?!"" So, if I were just getting a patio put in, they wouldn't contact me? Really? What? Is the owner some spoiled baby boy trust funder? FREAKS! I cannot say enough bad things about this place! They're truly HORRID and the one comment on this page that was positive was probably added by one of the employees there!
