Review content:
I knew exactly what I wanted in a new car, and found it at Dick Smith Ford in Raytown. All I needed to do was test drive it & buy it....which I did. After driving it home, I had questions & emailed as the car didn't have a manual. I did not know how to drop down the drop down speakers, or how to activate the heated seats, or how to make the rear wiper function, and one of the illuminated cup holders wasn't working. I loved the car itself though and they had me bring it in. What do you know~although advertised with heated seats, the car did not have heated seats, which they explained was an error on their part advertising wise. The drop down speakers had been screwed in by a their mechanics-so they didn;t drop down. The illuminated cup holders advertised ""costs too much to repair"", and the rear wiper needed a motor. Ok, so I would understand if 1...even 2 of the things I wanted and that they advertised were mistakes, but seriously. They did order a rear wiper motor-and due to a death in the family I havent been able to get by to have that repaired, and I am anxious to see what else they are willing to repair. To say I am disappointed at this point is an understatement. Although I loved the car, I loved it with all the novelties I wanted & seriously would not have purchased it without the advertised items functioning. I would have kept looking for what I WANTED. They did order me a manual, but now I just find it depressing as it reminds me of the features my car offers that are not accessible to me. I will be back into the dealership in then next 2 weeks so I will update my review accordingly.
