Review content:
after weeks of trying to find the perfect gift to my bestfriend, i decided to treat her for a massage. this is both our first time to get a massage. i took the bart train from daly city to pittsburg and my friend and i drove to napa. even with the extra hour i put to my travel time, i had to call St Pierre's and informed the receptionist, kathy, that we will be 10-15 mins late because of some construction that;s going on around lafayette station. with all the delay in the train, it took me 2 hours and 40 mins from daly city to get to baypoint and sure enough we were late for our appt. hungry and frustrated with all the inconveniences, we got to st pierre's hoping we will get some relaxation but as soon as we open the door, kathy rushed us to fill out some forms and told us that our 60 mins massage will be cut down to 30 mins because we were late but we still have to pay for the original amount. we were telling her it's our first time and we didn't know what type of massage to have but she sounded so annoyed and wasn't really helpful and accomodating. we were then rush to go in a dark room and when i told the therapist i had to use the restroom first she did not look so happy either. WE TOTALLY DID NOT ENJOY OUR MASSAGE!!!! because we felt pressured to just have whatever massage they want to give us. mine was deep tissue but i did not feel any pressure on my tissues at all. ""it felt like the therapist was just rubbing oil in my back"". i had $40 worth of change from the GC i had but kathy asked me in front of everyone in the reception area if i wanted a gift certificate or give it as a tip. again, i felt pressured to leave it as a tip. after me and my friend walked out of that place, i felt like i was robbed and felt so frustrated of having to travel this far just to add more stress in my life. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE HORRIBLE, ARROGANT AND UNFRIENDLY. i will never come to this place again.
